A home inspection is an “impartial visual assessment of the readily accessible areas of the physical structure and systems of the home at the time of the inspection.”  It is a general inspection that is published in an easy to read narrative style report. There is no pass or fail with the inspection, we point out those systems that should be fixed or are marginal. (see conventions) Our inspection agreement addresses what is and what is not inspected and must be signed prior to the inspection. We encourage clients to be present during the inspection and ask questions.
